1. INTRODUCTION

The following general conditions are an integral part of the contract stipulated between the Customer and Meschihouse.

 

2. CONTRACT

The contract is governed by the following provisions and by Legislative Decree no. 111 of March 17, 1977, by Directive 90/314 / EEC, of the relevant international conventions, and in particular by the Brussels Convention of April 23, 1970, enforced by law December 27, 1977, no. 1084, by the Warsaw Convention of 12 October 1929 on international air transport, enforced with the law 2 March 1963, n. 806 as applicable to the services covered by the tourist package, as well as by the provisions on the subject of the civil code and other rules of internal law, as they are not derogated from the provisions of this contract.

 

3. STIPULA, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The customer can make the reservation directly online by receiving confirmation via email.
Payment will be made only online.

In case of non-payment within 2 days the reservation will be canceled.
The contract will be considered final with the payment of the deposit. If there are differences between the data shown on the statement of account and the information received from the website, with this first payment those reported on the statement will be automatically confirmed.

 

4. SERVICES AND PRICES

 

The published prices are divided into High and Low Season.
Any stays including 2 different seasons will be calculated taking into account exactly the number of days for each period.

The rental price includes all energy consumption, final cleaning, bed linen, bathroom. Midweek cleaning, change of towels etc., are provided only at the end of the stay. Upon request and upon payment of extras, they can be made as desired by the Customer.

The information on the internet regarding the infrastructures present in the locality (means of transport, shops, restaurants, etc.) are provided to us by third parties, therefore it is possible that we will not be notified of any changes.

There may also be problems in the correct provision of services such as gas, water and electricity. In these cases and for adverse weather conditions, Meschihouse cannot be held responsible.

 

5. MODIFICATIONS OF PRICE AND SERVICES

 

The descriptions relating to the rooms as well as the prices are prepared with great care; however they may undergo changes that will be communicated at the time of booking and confirmation.

It could be the case in which these changes are found after the conclusion of the contract. In the case of changes to essential points of the contract, you have the possibility to request their revocation, free of charge, within five days. You will thus receive a full refund of the amount paid.

 

6. SHORTER OR LONGER DEPARTURES, ARRIVALS AND STAYS

Check-in and subsequent check-out methods will be communicated via email.

If you cannot arrive within this time slot, you must promptly contact Meschihouse at the telephone number indicated on the booking confirmation.

In the event that he is unable to occupy the apartment from the day booked or at the scheduled time due to difficulties during the trip, strikes, or for personal reasons, there is no refund.

The same rule applies in case of early departures. To extend a stay, it is sufficient to contact the owner of the apartments in good time.

 

7. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER

The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge within 72 hours of the start of the stay.

 
8. ALTERNATIVE OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY MESCHIHOUSE

Meschihouse reserves the right to replace the room booked with an offer of equal value in the event of a serious unforeseen event. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, fire of the booked apartment and technical breakdowns), Meschihouse has the right to cancel the contract by returning the full amount paid.

 

9. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS

Room occupancy is limited to the number of people mentioned on the contract. The reception manager may deny entry to excess persons. The Client will undertake to occupy the accommodation respecting all the rules of good neighborliness.

 

10. CLAIMS AND REFUND REQUESTS

If on arrival or during your stay you should find any difference with what you booked, we recommend that you contact the owner of the apartments directly who will be able to establish the amount or otherwise of the refund.

 

11. LIABILITY RESPONSIBLE TO MESCHIHOUSE

 

Meschihouse is not to be held responsible in the following cases:

  1. negligence or omissions attributable to third parties;
  2. in the event of force majeure or an event that neither Meschihouse nor its representatives can be held liable despite their diligence;
  3. thefts in apartments;
  4. accidents in the common parts of the Farmhouse derived from failure to comply with the residential regulation.


12. JURISDICTION

For any disputes arising from this contract, the Court of Lecco will be exclusively competent.
